Community Support Services Working Group

The Community Support Services Working Group (CSSWG) was established in 2026 to strengthen collaboration, coordination, and system integration across the community support services sector in Niagara.

Bringing together leaders from community support organizations and health system partners, the group provides a forum for engagement, information sharing, and collective problem-solving. The CSSWG works to amplify the voice of the sector, support alignment with regional and provincial priorities, and foster strong connections across the continuum of care. Using a collaborative and future-focused approach, the working group identifies opportunities to enhance service delivery, advance innovative practices, and support integrated care. Members work together to ensure community support services are effectively leveraged to help residents access the right care, at the right time, and in the right place.
