Health and Social Services Survey

Whether you have experienced the health and social system directly or have ideas on how to make it better, your voice matters.

Your responses will help support the Niagara Ontario Health Team – Équipe Santé Ontario Niagara (NOHT-ÉSON) in creating a system that is easier to navigate for providers, patients, families, and care partners.

Definitions:

Health care within Niagara encompasses any program or service, public or private, that aims to address the holistic health concerns of the community and its individuals. Examples include hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.

Social services within Niagara encompass any program or service, public or private, that aims to promote social and economic welfare of the community and its individuals, especially those from vulnerable populations. Examples include employment or housing assistance agencies.
