Maintaining a Healthy Brain
Join the Director of Education from the Alzheimer Society of Niagara Region at Riverbank Museum for a conversation about maintaining a healthy brain.
New research shows that lifestyle changes may help prevent the onset of dementia and help those living with cognitive changes sustain brain health and, in some cases, improve.
Take in the Mom Project, a series of portraits painted by Toronto artist Mark Bell of his mother Eleonore who lived with dementia in the final years of her life.
