St. Catharines (Ontario)<\/strong> \u2013 Les partenaires et le personnel du NOHT-\u00c9SON se sont r\u00e9unis au Centre d’amiti\u00e9 autochtone de Fort Erie le 3 avril pour rencontrer le pr\u00e9sident-directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Sant\u00e9 Ontario, Matthew Anderson<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Il \u00e9tait accompagn\u00e9 par Susan deRyk<\/strong>, directrice r\u00e9gionale de Sant\u00e9 Ontario pour les r\u00e9gions du Centre et de l’Ouest, Kris Bannerman<\/strong>, directrice de la strat\u00e9gie, de la planification, de la conception et de la mise en \u0153uvre du syst\u00e8me, et Kelly Cimek<\/strong>, directrice de la capacit\u00e9, de l’acc\u00e8s et de l’acheminement.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s l’ouverture officielle et la purification par le Centre d’amiti\u00e9 autochtone de Fort Erie, la directrice de la planification du NOHT-\u00c9SON, Sabrina Piluso<\/strong>, a donn\u00e9 un aper\u00e7u de l’organisation et de sa structure, ainsi que des faits saillants des initiatives r\u00e9centes, notamment Seamless Care Optimizing the Patient Experience (SCOPE Niagara), Let’s Go Home, et les cliniques de soins de la COVID, du rhume et de la grippe.<\/p>\n

Les partenaires pr\u00e9sents ont profit\u00e9 de l’occasion pour partager les succ\u00e8s et les d\u00e9fis auxquels font face les soins de sant\u00e9 et les services sociaux dans la zone desservie du NOHT-\u00c9SON.<\/p>\n

Certains repr\u00e9sentants ont soulign\u00e9 que l’organisation et son travail ont permis de renforcer les partenariats et la collaboration sur diverses initiatives qui n’auraient pas vu le jour il y a cinq ans. D’autres ont soulign\u00e9 l’importance de la durabilit\u00e9 pour que le travail continue \u00e0 avancer.<\/p>\n

L’un des d\u00e9fis cit\u00e9s est le d\u00e9lai d’ex\u00e9cution rapide requis pour certains projets, qui ne permet pas toujours un engagement significatif ou une exploration compl\u00e8te des processus avant leur mise en \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n

Les partenaires ont \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 l’importance de poursuivre le mod\u00e8le de prise de d\u00e9cision par consensus du NOHT-\u00c9SON alors que l’organisation cherche \u00e0 se constituer en corporation.<\/p>\n

Anderson et deRyk ont \u00e9t\u00e9 impressionn\u00e9s par le travail accompli jusqu’\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent et ont appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 les d\u00e9fis rencontr\u00e9s, reconnaissant l’importance de la planification au niveau local.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
