Vos r\u00e9ponses nous aideront \u00e0 mieux comprendre les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s des proches aidants et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le soutien offert \u00e0 d\u2019autres personnes vivant des situations similaires.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"601\" data-end=\"942\">Votre contribution aidera les organismes qui offrent des soins palliatifs et de fin de vie dans la r\u00e9gion de Niagara \u00e0 comprendre ce qui fonctionne bien et o\u00f9 des am\u00e9liorations sont n\u00e9cessaires. Le sondage ne recueille aucun renseignement permettant de vous identifier, et toutes les r\u00e9ponses seront regroup\u00e9es et analys\u00e9es de fa\u00e7on globale.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"944\" data-end=\"1220\">Les r\u00e9sultats seront partag\u00e9s avec le groupe de travail sur les soins palliatifs de la NOHT-\u00c9SON, qui r\u00e9unit des repr\u00e9sentants des soins \u00e0 domicile, des h\u00f4pitaux et des organismes de soins palliatifs, tous mobilis\u00e9s pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux services et la qualit\u00e9 des soins.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1222\" data-end=\"1287\">Cliquez <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/r\/Ent43m3feS\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>ici<\/strong><\/a> pour acc\u00e9der au sondage.
