{"id":9864,"date":"2023-08-28T15:12:58","date_gmt":"2023-08-28T19:12:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noht-eson.ca\/?page_id=9864"},"modified":"2023-10-23T13:43:12","modified_gmt":"2023-10-23T17:43:12","slug":"smtpilote","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/noht-eson.ca\/fr\/initiatives\/smtpilote\/","title":{"rendered":"Projet pilote sur la sant\u00e9 mentale et la toxicomanie"},"content":{"rendered":"<section  class='av_textblock_section av-l01v4dp6-b05b1e92a39d253baf8e5809dc28788d '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h4><strong>Souhaitez-vous am\u00e9liorer les services en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 mentale et de toxicomanie dans votre communaut\u00e9?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>La NOHT\u2011\u00c9SON entreprend un projet pilote pour comprendre les lacunes actuelles quant \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux services communautaires et pour \u00e9laborer des solutions syst\u00e9miques afin d\u2019\u00e9viter que le service d\u2019urgence et les centres de soins d\u2019urgence soient les premiers points de contact pour les soins li\u00e9s \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 mentale et \u00e0 la toxicomanie.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de cette initiative, la NOHT\u2011\u00c9SON cherche \u00e0 s\u2019entretenir avec membres de la communaut\u00e9 afin de conna\u00eetre les raisons possibles pour lesquelles les jeunes de 18 \u00e0 25 ans de Fort Erie se sont rendus dans un service d\u2019urgence ou un centre de soins d\u2019urgence au cours des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.
