professionnel diversifi\u00e9 compos\u00e9 de fournisseurs de services de sant\u00e9 qui travaillent avec les patients, les clients, les familles et les soignants pour soutenir la NOHT-\u00c9SON dans l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration de politiques, proc\u00e9dures et processus qui favorisent l\u2019excellence en mati\u00e8re de gouvernance organisationnelle.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-l01hg1o1-9a71661f70a80fd7df3e04e6f72863a7 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><div class=\"small-12 medium-6 cell\">\n<p>\u00c0 ce jour, le GTG a notamment \u00e9labor\u00e9 et adopt\u00e9 des documents suivants pour aider \u00e0 guider le travail de la NOHT-\u00c9SON au cours de sa premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e : cadre de prise de d\u00e9cisions par consensus, cadre de r\u00e9solution parall\u00e8le des conflits, code de conduite, politique de confidentialit\u00e9, politique en mati\u00e8re de conflits d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eats, mandat de la table de planification de la NOHT-\u00c9SON, processus d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration, lignes directrices en mati\u00e8re de facilitation pour les codirigeants.<\/p>\n<p>Le GTG s&rsquo;engage \u00e0 revoir et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer en permanence la qualit\u00e9 de tous les documents et processus de gouvernance, afin de s&rsquo;assurer que la structure n\u00e9cessaire est en place pour faire avancer le travail collectif de tous les partenaires de la NOHT-\u00c9SON.<\/p>\n<p>Pour obtenir plus d\u2019information ou pour participer aux
