Chaque membre du partenariat de la NOHT-\u00c9SON dispose d\u2019un si\u00e8ge \u00e0 la Table de planification. Les enjeux peuvent \u00eatre soulev\u00e9s par les membres de la Table de planification ou \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s \u00e0 la Table sous forme de recommandations par l\u2019un des nombreux groupes de travail de la NOHT-\u00c9SON. Les discussions ont lieu lors des r\u00e9unions pr\u00e9vues de la Table de planification \u2014 g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 chaque mois \u2014 et les d\u00e9cisions sont prises par consensus.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"590\" data-end=\"1040\">La prise de d\u00e9cision par consensus est une caract\u00e9ristique d\u00e9terminante de la Table de planification de la NOHT-\u00c9SON. Chaque membre a voix au chapitre et les enjeux sont examin\u00e9s de fa\u00e7on rigoureuse et ouverte jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019une d\u00e9cision soit prise et appuy\u00e9e par l\u2019ensemble de la Table. Il n\u2019y a pas de vote. Les d\u00e9cisions prises \u00e0 la Table deviennent la politique de la NOHT-\u00c9SON jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient remplac\u00e9es par des d\u00e9cisions subs\u00e9quentes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1042\" data-end=\"1348\">Dans le cadre de son processus d\u00e9cisionnel, la Table de planification peut demander \u00e0 des groupes de travail d\u2019ex\u00e9cuter diverses t\u00e2ches li\u00e9es \u00e0 un enjeu en d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration. They are comprised of health care providers, subject matter experts and people with lived experiences directly relevant to the focus of the group. The work of each group is administered and co-ordinated by two Co-Leads who ensure that members\u2019 contributions are effectively communicated throughout the organization and to the Planning Table
